I'm Sitting On A $1000
This is the chair I sit in everyday to do my work.
I don't always stare at my blinders, usually it's the water view but when it's sunny I just end up squinting into the curtain.
Aaaaanyway, it cost me over $1000.
Don't ask me what brand it is or what the nitty gritty features are.
I just wanted the best, most comfortable chair to work on because I knew I would sit in it a lot being an online coach.
That 'a lot' is about 8 - 10 hours a day.
When I sit down and work for many hours straight, my back doesn't hurt.
I can lean it back, lean it forward.
Raise the arm rests, lower the arm rests.
Swivel around, push myself around and most importantly get my work done without detriment to my posture and lower back like some other chairs may have.
To me, I didn't think about that $1000 dollars, it's my health we're talking about.
I don't find it expensive.
But everyone values different things.
Value is what we perceive as valuable.
Some people don't even blink when they go out for a drink and come back $500 poorer but richer in good times.
Others don't even think twice when they park valet which is triple normal parking.
Some fly first class... over 10 grand a flight 🤯
Whatever you think is important, you will invest in.
So you if you think your body, your health and your well being is important, I'm not asking you to spend $1000 on a chair.
I'm asking you to give me 8 weeks to do more than make your posture and lower back better.
I'm asking you to invest in improving your quality of life.
