Canned Spaghetti & Milk Bottle Curls
Yesterday I received a video all the way from Texas, USA.
A boy named Brandon was dressed up like me in one of my workout videos.
Blue shorts, black socks and even Calvin Klein underwear (I definitely wasn't wearing Calvin’s at the age of 4 haha)!
He was doing push ups and replicating the workout I posted on Instagram earlier this year.
At the start of the video, even his younger sibling who looked half his age was in the push up position ready to go.
Took me back to the days when I would stand in the lounge while my mum cooked dinner and would bicep curl spaghetti cans and milk bottles til I could no longer lift my arms.
I hated baked beans so it was always spaghetti in tomato sauce.
They were so light, I would do over 100 reps.
100 reps of bicep curls #LOL
It's funny what we do when we are young and naive and just willing to start.
We do whatever it takes.
Whatever we know, we apply and do our best.
Take a leaf out of Brandon’s book and my spaghetti curling book.
Just start and see where it takes you.
Maybe it's putting your runners on and going for a jog around the block.
Maybe its getting a gym membership.
Maybe it's cycling to work.
Maybe it's replacing ice cream with fruit.
Whatever it is, start.
