A Good Start ⬛️

Emailing this black square is bringing awareness that black lives matter.

However, living in a way that shows the fact that black lives matter is what will bring true change.

Awareness is the first step but the way we live will make the real difference.

The way we act day to day is what will bring change.

How we treat others will bring change.

The change is us.

Just like we need to become aware of the different nutritional values of food in order to structure them in a way that creates a calorie deficit to bring a weight change.

We need to do the same in response to this crazy situation we currently find ourselves in that sadly isn't as rare as we want to think.

Awareness leads to change but doesn't bring change on it's own...

Awareness in association with action does.

We have a responsibility to treat everyone with the same respect and love despite what colour skin they have, what country they’re from or how different they look to us and if emailing a black square does that, I’m all in.
