This week has been the biggest for Team Brock Ashby members joining.
What do I put it down to?

The opening of gyms in New South Wales could've helped but over 95% of sign ups were outside of Australia.
The testimonials I posted on Instagram definitely helped as people "see" the results they can get but deep down I think I know what it is...
Four years of posting daily content.
Over five years of practice as a coach on the gym floor and now online.
Several courses on nutrition, programming, workouts and lifestyle habits to improve progress and results.
Various books on self-improvement, human psychology, work ethic, critical thinking and business.
Sacrificing initial reward for delayed gratification.
A dedication to excellence.
I truly believe the most successful times are just a picture painted by the strokes of hard work, consistency and commitment that no one sees.
The last two kilograms that seem to just fall off are a result of days, if not weeks, in a calorie deficit.
The last set of 20 push ups you got, when you could only do 10 last week are a result of your consistent workouts striving for progressive overload.
Your random feelings of happiness that you get, that you didn't used to, are a result of you slowly cutting toxic people out of your life.
Change isn't instant but progress is.
Regardless if we're aware of it or not.
