Third day at the gym was a banger.

I did six sets of squats and I'm humbled just sitting down writing this email.

Safe to say, walking tomorrow will be a challenge.

The gyms are crazy busy here in NSW as people get more comfortable leaving the home.

But it won't be forever.

The last mile is the least crowded.

Remember that when everybody jumps on the next "hottest thing".

When the gym is less of a novelty and plateaus kick in from ego lifting, bad form and random workouts done day after day.

If you want to keep charging on once people whittle away.

You'll need a workout program.

You'll need a nutritional strategy.

And you'll need something (a goal) or someone (a coach) to stay accountable to.

It just so happens that the 8 Week Team Brock Ashby Program has that and more.

The biggest thing that separates my 8 week program from any others with workouts, diets, goals and coaches is the lifelong education you get with it.

This whole health and fitness thing isn't the next "hottest thing" for me and it shouldn't be for you.

This could be the difference between you having energy every day or dragging your feet on the floor like you may do today.

This isn't a "health kick".

It's an opportunity to turn your life around in 8 weeks.

It's a chance for you to dig deep and find that reason to start looking after yourself.

Not to go back to the gym for three months and throw in the towel but this could be the beginning of you looking after your health forever.
