I always told myself I was a hard-copy book kinda guy.

When you read a book, you gotta sit down and flick through the pages with your hand.

You need a book shelf for them to sit in too.

I was always told how convenient audiobooks were.

"You can listen to them when you're on the train", people said to me.

But I immediately turned the idea away because a book is a book, not a song you play through headphones.

Don't be silly.

3 books down and I started a new one this morning that'll be 15 hours long.

When I wake up I boil the kettle, I start grinding the coffee beans, begin making coffee, make the jelly for dessert, empty the dishwasher, make the bed and post on Instagram.

Before I have even sipped my coffee, I've absorbed 40-45mins of knowledge.

Once I dropped my stubborn attitude of "a book is a book", I've found my way to reading a book a month and actually sticking to it.

A goal I set myself at the start of 2020.

I used to struggle to find 15mins of time to sit down and read only 15 pages.

It never happened.

And I'm copping the same flack with being an online personal trainer now.

"Personal trainers are meant to be face to face."

"I'll only work with you, if you come to me."

These people don't know, or don't even want to hear, that after being an online client for 8 weeks, they'll almost know everything that I know about health and fitness after watching all the content available to my team members and going through the process of working out and dieting for their goals.

The strategies I use for fat loss, building muscle and being healthier overall are all in these videos, which I've compacted for your convenience.

All the rubbish of the fitness industry removed.

Told with my straight shooter way of communicating.

You'll never get that amount of knowledge in a face to face session talking in between rest periods.

Trust me, I tried that for 5 years.

If you want to stick to a face to face trainer, like I stuck to hard copy books for so long, I wish you the best and nothing but success.

I used to be one.
