If your goal is weight loss and you skip breakfast every day and lose 2kg in 30 days, is breakfast still the most important meal of the day?
The answer is... no.
If you achieve your goal by getting into a deficit via time restricted eating then you achieved your goal.
Whether you had breakfast, or not, is not relevant.
Maybe you could've optimised protein feedings with breakfast but if you got your goal, you got your goal.
Remember getting from A to B is the goal.
Whether you get there on a keto diet or from intermittent fasting, as long as you get the goal that is all that matters.
Just like you can run, swim or cycle a mile, you can get to a goal through many different means.
The best means comes down to what suits your preference most.
Which is why everything the 8 week program is personalised to what works for your body, your goals and your limitations (if you have any).
