It probably gives you results in eight minutes which is a lot better than the eight weeks I promise you.

So if you're after quick results, check it out.

But keep this in mind:

- it will never change your relationship with food.

- it won't build you any muscle.

- it won't fix your lack of sleep.

- It doesn't raise your awareness of the value of the food you eat.

- it doesn't educate you on why you haven't achieved your goals.

- it doesn't give you accountability to improve your training, workout or lifestyle to get the best results possible.

So once again I'll put it out there...

If you want quick results, try it out.

But if you want results that last and education to take away forever, I can guarantee you will get much better results with me as your coach for eight weeks.
