How To Make Weight Loss & Muscle Building Impossible
Went live on instagram today and was pretty fired up to be honest.
WHY?
There's so many people promoting methods to fix people's body transformation problems and completely forgetting about the principles.
Which is what matters.
Not enough people are talking about the root of the problem and are talking about the sh*t that doesn't really matter... the method.
The equivalent of putting a nice set of wheels on your car to make it go faster, instead of putting in a new motor to increase the horsepower.
Or always putting a hat on to cover your bad haircuts instead of going to a new hairdresser.
We're cutting grass with scissors.
With the wrong principles in place, it doesn't matter which method you use.
You will never succeed.
If cashflow isn't larger than your expenses, your business will not succeed. No matter what business or industry you are in.
If you're intermittent fasting and it's not helping you lose weight, it's not because of the intermittent fasting. It's because the principle of a calorie deficit isn't in place.
Weight loss is hard.
Muscle building is hard.
But it's almost impossible if you have the wrong principles in place.
And it's even closer to being impossible if the wrong principles are in place topped off with the method you use not fitting the preference of your lifestyle.
