I posted this caption below on instagram yesterday night.
I'm posting it here agin because this message needs to be heard.

"Just because you’re in good shape doesn’t mean you’re in good health.
A six-pack is a representation of a low body fat percentage, not a high quality of life.
We have to set this straight before we‘re all pursuing the wrong thing.
A body fat percentage means nothing if you’re unhappy, or simply not enjoying life.
Remember... now isn’t always the perfect time to diet and lose weight.
Why pursue being shredded if when you are, all you can think and talk about is food?
Why try to diet down to such lean body fat numbers, just to throw your sex drive out the window?
Why get caught up so much in how you look that you overlook how you feel?
You can have a fat loss goal, i’m not staying you can’t.
By all means... become more confident, become healthier, get stronger, get leaner and feel the best you ever have.
Being too far overweight (obese) is unhealthy.
But just remember, your body fat percentage is not a measure of your self worth or value.
It’s just a number.
