It's Not A Push, It's A Step

The days in which you find the hardest are the most important.

The reps you think you couldn't do are important.

The last email you send to your client when you should be asleep, that's important.

The extra hour of sleep you get by turning your phone off an putting it on charge in another room, that's important.

That extra 20g of protein you hit per day to optimize recovery and muscle building, that's important.

When anything feels like a 'push', it's not a push. It's a step. A step outside of your comfort zone.
