How I Proposed To Kiki, The Woman Of My Dreams
Every morning, I wake up and read my gratitude list.
Amongst many other things in my life that I desire and want, I declared the type of woman I want to marry, have a family with and love for the rest of my life.
And on Tuesday I asked her to marry me on our one year anniversary.
And she said... "YES" đź’Ť
We went to the same place we had our first date with a blanket and a tub of Messina Ice Cream.
We sat and ate a couple of spoonful’s before I struggled to breathe.
My heart rate was beating out of my chest and I couldn't put any words together.
I was muttering how much she meant to me but I couldn't finish a sentence because I was literally gasping for air.
After realizing this whole pre-proposal speech thing was turning into a train-wreck, I told Kiki I had one more present for her.
I woke her up with flowers and a one year photo album earlier that morning to try and throw her off from expecting a ring at sunset.
So I reached for the ring and proposed to Kiki.
I organized for her family and friends to be there to surprise her and as we finished hugging and kissing, she turned around.
SURPRISE!
Our family and friends were there to celebrate with us.
We then went to dinner and celebrated and ate our bodyweight in caramel mud cake.
When you find a good thing in life, hold on to it.
I found an amazing woman and will hold on to her for the rest of my life.
Just like I teach my fat loss members to hold on to a calorie deficit for weight loss, a calorie surplus to optimize building muscle and hitting their 10k steps per day to keep physically active.
It can be tricky navigating through different diets and workouts that feel like awkward first dates when they don't work out but I want you to know...
There is something out there that you will hold on to for the rest of your life too!
Which I can help you find in the 8 Week Team Brock Ashby 8 Week Body Transformation Program.
