Macedonian Dancing For The First Time

This weekend was the first time I tried Macedonian Dancing celebrating Kiki and I's engagement.

I had never tried it before.

I managed to actually be "okay" at it.

Why?

The people around me were great at it.

The music and atmosphere was electric.

Kiki was my teacher for the night, giving me the heads up on all the different steps for all the different types of beats.

When you're learning something new, practice makes permanent."

I know, I know.

It's usually practice makes perfect but I've tweaked it.

Because the truth is, if you practice it doesn't translate to perfection.

It translates to the quality of the practice.

Practice wrong, remember wrong. Practice right, remember right.

If I didn't have the people, the vibes and the teacher keeping me in time with the beat, I would not have become an overnight Macedonian dancer but a lost kiwi tripping over his feet.

Which is why it's important to get your diet, training and changes you make to your lifestyle in the right direction of achieving your goals, right.

You remember what you practice.

Your body remembers what your body practices.

So do it once and do it right in the Team Brock Ashby 8 week Body Transformation Program.
