Today is Day 1 of The 30 Day Krispy Kreme Challenge that Kiki and I are doing.


This is my first check-in for the challenge at the heaviest weight of my life.

A thicc and juicy 91.2kg πŸ˜†

Engagement celebrations may have went too far haha.

Kiki and I are eating donuts every single day for 30days to prove that you can eat the foods you love and lose weight.

Similar to the ice cream challenge but with Krispy Kreme Donuts.

Our purpose is to empower you that you don’t need to eat like a body builder and run like a marathon athlete to lose weight.

But you can create a calorie deficit through exercising more or eating less or eating donuts 🀣

We will be capturing everything on YouTube and taking you along the journey with us.

I'm not saying donuts are a fat burning food but that they can help you burn fat if you create a calorie deficit with them weaved through your diet.

I'm not saying you can substitute your lean cuts of protein, fruits and vegetables with donuts but you can surround them with these nutritious foods and still make progress.

That's what I'm about.

Balance? Nah, I hate that word.

Everyone's "balance" is different.

I'm about making your lifestyle work for your goals.

So if you like donuts, you can eat them and lose weight.

If you like F45, you can do it and lose weight.

If you like playing playstation all day, you can do that and lose weight too (but I would highly recommend exercising too πŸ˜‚).
