It's Day 2 of the 30 Day Krispy Kreme Challenge and already we have a few people out on their high horse throwing shade at me.

Claiming donuts are like cigarettes, killing people.

Pharrrrrrrrrk me *excuse my french*.

Donuts are not the problem.

The $hitty mindset and attitude we have toward them is.

"BAD FOOD"

"JUNK FOOD"

"DIRTY FOOD"

"CHEAT FOOD"

And towards the people consuming them.

"UNHEALTHY"

When really, they just need to understand that a donut isn't out of bounds but could be substituted for a better option with more "bang for buck".

I also had another comment come at me that metabolic health has zero to do with the weight on a scale.

And this is coming from a "DOCTOR".

Obesity is where metabolic health deteriorates.

Saying that scale weight has zero to do with metabolic health overlooks everyone in poor health condition as a result of being overweight on the scale.

As opposed to pushing me away, this made me even more certain this 30 Day Krispy Kreme Challenge has to be done.

If our doctors don't even get it, then we never will.

No certain food is the core problem of too many people being overweight (the worldwide. obesity problem). It's the over consumption of food, in general.

Which is what I help my Team Brock Ashby members understand and turn around.
