Blowing The Cobwebs Off #Pushing500

Today I spent almost 3 hours filming exercise for the Team Brock Ashby exercise video library.

Was a bit rusty at first to be honest.

Stuttering my words.

Losing balance on certain exercises.

Remembering tips after I finished recording for a specific exercise.

It's been about 3-4 months since I've recorded exercises tutorials and it showed until I got into the rhythm of things and everything flowed.

That's what happens.

If you haven't seen someone in a few months, it may take a while to get comfortable and adjust to having them around.

If you haven't cooked in a while you may overcook the fish.

If you haven't done an exercise in a few months, you may feel like you've been hit by a truck after the first day of working out.

To get better, you must repeat what you get better at.

Repeat, repeat, repeat.

The same goes with tracking calories, getting adequate sleep, consistently dieting and managing stress.

So if you're a bit rusty, don't worry.

I've got you.

I've almost reached 500 coaching videos to help you understand everything you need to know about training, dieting and getting the results you want!
