QOL matters...
Today I was slapped in the face with the harsh reality that life is short and you need to enjoy it while it lasts.
Sounds cliché but I can assure you, it's true.
QOL matters (quality of life).
If a six pack isn't going to make your life better, don't go for it.
Being shredded doesn't make you a better person, it just mean you have a lower body fat percentage.
If having a piece of cake at your best friends wedding is more important than sticking to your calories right now.
Eat the cake and get mingling.
If trying to fit in with the "cool kids" or popular people at work is killing you on the inside, stop trying to enjoy their company and find people that you click with.
Being someone you're not is tiring.
And pretending you like people you simply don't is even worse.
I'm a coach.
I get people lean.
I get people muscle they never had before.
But above all, I increase their quality of life.
Whether that's helping them fit into a pair of jeans they haven't fit into for 10 years or getting them confident at the beach with speedos on.
I increase quality of life.
Life is too short to be unhappy.
