Went to Balmoral Beach today to eat dinner with Kiki and it's a nice beach.

Nice gold sand.

Nice turquoise blue water.

But it's not my beach.

It's missing one thing... big waves for bodysurfing.

That's the sorta beach I like.

Growing up, my mate Rob and I would go bodysurfing at beaches like New Brighton and Taylors Mistake back in Christchurch with big thumping waves.

It's the beach we like so we naturally gravitate to those beaches.

Just like people that like competitive group classes find themselves at CrossFit boxes.

And people that love picking up heavy barbells find themselves at powerlifting gyms.

We naturally do what we love to do.

So why not organise our lives that way?

You love carbs? Include them in your diet, even when you're losing weight.

Love working out? Train 6-7 days per week and find the correct workout split to match that training frequency.

You love group exercise environments? Play sport on the weekends or social sport after work one night per week.

"Do what you love and you won't feel like you're working at all."

We strive for that for our career, so why don't we do it for getting the body we have always wanted?

And if you don't know what that looks like, let me educate you on the things you may like and put them in a practical plan to get your goals 😎
