First Time Wearing a Face Mask
Went to the doctors on Thursday and I had to wear a mask.
It was the first time I had to wear it this year.
When I first put it on I struggled to breathe.
And after 5 mins I completely forgot it was there.
That doesn't mean that my breathing got any easier, I just adjusted.
I got used to it.
This can happen with good things and bad things in your life.
A good thing for me is every morning I wake up at 6am.
It used to be hard but now... I've adjusted.
A shit thing could be you adjusting to being treated sh*t by your partner.
It used to stand out but now it's just normal.
Now obviously the masks we are wearing now are to protect us from spreading COVID but make sure the masks you are putting on your life, good or bad, serve a purpose and aren't just making life difficult.
I like to look at Team Brock Ashby as the mask to preventing or slowing the spread of unhappiness, unhealthy bodies and lack of motivation.
So mask on, let's go.
