Today I was in struggle street.

I did my best to train like an athlete and push my limit but it was just "hard".

And it doesn't take a genius to see why.

I haven't slept over 7 hours since the 29th of August.

I'm trying to be an athlete, without the main ingredient... recovery.

Like a bike with one wheel I was scraping along the asphalt.

So I'm off to bed to take a dose of my own medicine and look after my sleep because to be honest I'm a bit over training like a wet fish and yawning through breakfast.
