Day 1 in Chicago and it's 1am.

Some would say it's jet lag, some would be right.

Just finished up a training session on the back of sitting on my ass for 24 hours in a plane.

Eating plane food, which we all know is... interesting.

I've said this before, do your best!

When you're travelling, do your best.

Control what you can control.

Train at the best facilities possible and if you happen to have no gym access, get walking or get into some bodyweight gym work!

When you're sick, do your best.

If you can go to work, you can go to the gym.

You don't have to beat any world records but you can still get your steps up.

When you're stressed, do your best.

Allow the time you can afford to, to exercise.

When you're emotional, do your best.

Try to avoid surrounding yourself in an environment where emotional eating can overtake you.

When you're down, do your best.

Get around good people that edify you and encourage positive action.

Life is seasonal and priorities are fluid.
