The Word No-one Wants To Hear
The best way to achieve your goal is:
- exercising every day you plan/need to.
- making smart overall nutritional decisions that lead to your goal, surplus, maintenance or deficit.
- moving more throughout the day (getting your NEAT up).
- surrounding yourself with people who encourage you.
- following your workout program every session.
- getting back on track as fast as possible when your humanity steers you elsewhere.
I could've just said 'CONSISTENCY' but as soon as I say that word people seem to flee.
Consistency sounds like hard work.
Sounds like commitment.
Sounds like ownership.
Sounds like stepping outside of the comfort zone.
Sounds like long term thinking.
Doesn't sound like a quick fix!
Doesn't sound like immediate results.
Truth is that's the only way anyone gets a result in the gym.
WHETHER YOU WANT TO BELIEVE IT OR NOT!
Make sure you are on the right path and being consistent with the right protocols in the right way!
