My Morning Routine That Makes Me Invincible

As much as I am a believer in helping people through my body transformation coaching, self development is close to my heart.

I just posted on Instagram to remind people to stay grateful.

It's increasingly harder when life keeps upgrading and growing to acknowledge what we have and where we came from.

I want to share you a template to how I feel invincible every single morning I open my eyes to crush another day.

I say this every morning...

Thank you for my family (name family members)

Thank you for my friends (name them)

Thank you for my talents (name them)

Thank you for my job (insert job here)

Thank you for the roof over my head, food on my plate, clothes on my body, money in my wallet, words in my mouth, thoughts in my brain, the job I choose and the opportunities in my life.

I am (insert word here). Declare the things that you want to become (some of mine are below). There can be many.

I am focused
I put first things first
I get what I pursue
I am unstoppable
I am successful but my happiness is not attached to my success
I am good enough
I am diligent

Thank you for (insert the job you want, spouse you want, life you want, possessions you want etc. Positively affirm the things you want to manifest in your life.)

I then read my favourite bible verses but you can choose proverbs, quotes or sayings that work for you.

"Lazy hands make for poverty but diligent hands bring wealth." Proverbs 10:4

"The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied." Proverbs 13:4

"In all toil there is profit, but mere talk tends only to poverty." Proverbs 14:23

"The power of the tongue is life and death — those who love to talk will eat what it produces." Proverbs 18:21

"Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; He will not stand before unknown men." Proverbs 22:29

"The hand of the diligent will rule, while the slothful will be put to forced labor." Proverbs 12:24.

I truly hope this helps you to stay grateful and feel as bulletproof as I do everyday.

Everyday is a great day when you have an attitude of gratitude.

Even waking up and breathing to live another day is a blessing.

Think about that for a second.....

I lost my mum at 12 years old.

I know what it is like to lose life and will never take a day above ground for granted.
