Effort or F It
When I look at anything I have done in my life that was good, it was only because of one thing.
Effort.
Last year, I was flown to the USA twice to coach someone for 10 days (twice).
It was a great opportunity and changed my life in many ways but it wasn't by chance.
My client found me when I was going live talking to my phone for 20mins a day talking about a calorie deficit.
My client liked the way I made complex things seem very simple.
My client liked the fact I lived what I preached.
My client liked the fact I had coached celebrities before and had a big trail of successful transformation stories.
My client could have chosen any other PT over me but he chose me.
Why?
Effort.
There's nothing special about going live and posting once or twice per day.
There's nothing special about educating yourself so you have the knowledge to make complex ideas into simple analogies.
There's nothing special about walking the walk.
There's nothing special about getting a ton of successful testimonials.
What's "special" about all of this is the effort I put in every day.
Rain or shine.
Showing up with your game boots on.
Now there's a ton of people that you could name off the top of your head that have changed the world.
Oprah, Ed Sheeran, Martin Luther King, Michael Jordan for example.
And when you boil their story down, all it is is effort.
Effort, effort, effort.
So I have a question for you...
Are you going to give effort or say "F it!"?
