The one thing we all forget..

Why do you wear a white top as opposed to an orange top?

Why do you sleep with one pillow as opposed to two?

Why do workout four days instead of seven?

Let me tell you why...

Preference.

Preference rules our life from what we wear to what we do for work, however when it comes to diets so many people think it doesn't apply.

So they try a diet where they avoid bread (WHICH THEY LOVE) and give up after 7 days because they're unhappy.

Or they try and fast for an entire day and can't handle it and give in by 6pm in a whirlwind of binge eating.

I know, I've been there.

That's why in Team Brock Ashby as your coach all I'm simply doing is aligning your goals with your preferences to create long term sustainable change.

If you can only manage 4 days per week working out, let's do it.

If you want to focus on your glutes and less on your calves, let's do it.

If you want to be more restrictive during the week with your diet, so you can enjoy a burger and ice cream on Sunday night with your kids, let's do it.
