The sad truth is not everyone wants the best for you.

Ever told someone something that you're super proud of and had an underwhelming response back?

Me too.

Sometimes, we don't even know if we want the best for ourselves.

Kinda like we're not worthy of the best.

Like we're an imposter.

Imposter syndrome and that.

Yeah I've got that too.

Which is why it's important that we fall in love with the process and not the outcome.

Fall in love with giving your best and not being the best according to other peoples standards.

Do it for the enjoyment of the process not the outcome of the process.

When you enjoy what you're doing, it's not about being the best or feeling like you deserve to be the best, it's just about doing what's in front of you and doing it well.

Which is why in Team Brock Ashby, I don't try to box you into anything you don't want to do or make you feel like you need to be the best.

You just need to give your best.

As long as you do that you can't lose.

You have a personalised workout program, calorie and macro targets to hit, educational videos to grow your knowledge and a coach to keep you accountable.

You can't fail or lose, unless you give up.
