1.5L of Ice-Cream & Not Even Mad

Some people look at this pic and think this is binge eating or a cheat meal.

Sugary rubbish food.

But I look at this and I see what fitness should look like.

Keeping as much quality of life as possible whilst making the sacrifices where you need to in life to make progress.

Pavlova, Super Dulce de Leche, White Choc Hazelnut, Bounty and Milk tea and Caramel Cheesecake in one tub of Ice Cream?

I'm not saying no.

Your goals aren't asking you to say no to a tub of ice cream either.

Your goals are asking you to do what you need to do get to your goals and not sacrifice things that you don't need to.

Like when you're dating, your girlfriend/boyfriend should want you to make as many changes in your life for you both to be happy and spend enough time together but not too many changes in life that you risk losing what makes you happy in life (like seeing your mates).

Change what needs to be changed. Keep what needs to be kept.

That could apply almost everywhere in your life.

Bit of common sense innit?

But if you're not applying that in your life and you're not making enough changes or changing too much and over compensating, it's time to make the change that needs to be made.

Changing your approach to health and fitness.
