Stop Believing In It, I Did Ages Ago!!

I don't believe in luck.

"Luck is a byproduct of those who take action".
- Grant Cardone.

This is from 'The 10X Rule', a book that I read last year.

If you asked me, I would say luck doesn't even exist.

Even if you're in the right place at the right time, you put yourself there.

Even if you have good genetics for the physique you have, you managed to keep it in one piece until now.

Even if you won a bloody lotto ticket, you walked up to the counter and purchased it.

Luck does not exist my friends.

It's an easy way out for people who won't work hard enough to see the results they want.

Ask any successful person if they're lucky and they'll laugh in your face.

Success in any field in life is not lucky, it's earned.

Hard work.

Repetition.

Hard work.

Repetition.

Hard work.

Repetition.

Notice how luck isn't in the plan for success?

It's also not a part of Team Brock Ashby and what I stand for as a coach too.

So if you're waiting for your "lucky day" to begin taking your health seriously.

You're wasting time waiting for a day that doesn't exist and frankly making excuses for yourself.

So join TBA and get started now.

Stop believing in luck and believe in yourself!
