Nothing motivational today.

Probably the complete opposite if I'm going to be honest.

Yesterday I didn't leave the house at all.

My steps were under 10,000.

All I ate was 2 meals and one of those meals was a tub of Gelato Messina ice cream.

Definitely didn't hit my protein target but had some "fun calories" ;)

I skipped the gym to prioritise work.

I got a ton load of work done but I felt like a failure.

Physically, nothing achieved.

Socially, nothing achieved.

Mentally, kinda.

Spiritually, so so.

But here I am today making today a better day.

Eating regular meals with a focus on my protein goal.

Going to the gym in an hour or so to work on my program.

Got some sunlight and saw other people apart from my reflection in the mirror.

Reading quality books to feed my soul.

We are not defined by one day, we are defined by what happens the next day.

How we respond to our pitfalls is a representation of our true character.

And as a member of Team Brock Ashby, I am there to help you through your downfalls and celebrate your successes.

Because I've been through feeling like a failure too.

I know what it's like to have someone there for you.
