"Be not deceived; God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows, that shall he also reap."
Galatians 6:7

There's so much we can learn from this saying.

I'm not here to be your religious teacher but outline what we can take from it.

The main thing is you get out what you put in.

If you continually make excuses for yourself and skip the gym.

You'll look and feel like you have skipped the gym.

If you go off your diet and overeat.

You will look you have gone off your diet and overeaten

This body transformation thing can be complex but also real simple.

You reap what you sow.

You know when you're doing good or when you're doing bad.

When you're following the plan or when you're not following the plan.

When you're being lazy and compromising and when you're being diligent and hard working

You can feel it.

Your results can feel it.

In the quote it says "God is not mocked".

Replace "God" with "Your result" and you have your answer.

Your metabolism isn't slow and you haven't hit starvation mode, you just probably haven't being reaping the right seeds.
