The person that looks around the gym...
Checks out what is free..
Then does the exercises to what is free.
If you do random things, you get random results.
If you plan things, you get planned results.
Would you go in to a busy grocery store and just buy what’s available?
No, you go with a list and get what you came for.
Would you cook a recipe to what's available in your house?
No, you buy the ingredients and follow a recipe.

So many members in gyms just go in circles and get no results.
If they're going to the gym 60mins per day and it takes 15mins to get to and fro the gym (that's 1.5 hours per day)…
That's 10.5 hours per week wasted.
42 hours per month wasted.
504 hours per year wasted.
A whopping total of 21 days of your life down the drain that you could have spent doing whatever the hell you want to do with that time.
Not to mention the money you've wasted on the gym membership ($$$).
