You're Not A Superhero & Here's Why 🦸🏻‍♂️

A brand new viral instagram post recently has been to post Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated art of yourself.

You submit 10-20 photos of yourself and the AI generated app, spits out art of you.

It's weirdly amusing.

My skin is smooth.

My hair perfectly styled.

My gaze is model like (lol).

It often paints you as a superhero and makes you feel pretty good about yourself and even though it is only art, your feelings are impacted.

But the problem I have with it is that we are seeing people use it as their Profile Picture on social media.

Because slowly, you'll believe it's you.

You'll begin to believe that your skin is perfect and you never get blemishes.

You'll begin to believe that you're body is as sculpted and ripped as the AI art suggests and that you don't need to workout to maintain the image you've worked so hard to attain.

You'll believe that you are the AI generated art.

But you're not a picture, you're a human.

Don't forget that and lose yourself in a world of edits and filters.

Have a laugh but nothing more and don't forget you have way more character and uniqueness than an image ever will.
