I briefly went back home yesterday for an obstetrician appointment for baby girl.

Update about her, she's good and healthy and my wife's also in great health.

We are now about two and a half weeks out.

While we were home, we started doing stock take for her clothes and putting together her draws and if you thought IKEA was bad, you should try this 25 step beast.

We worked on it for 90mins and we're still only halfway and we have about 90mins left.

There's two lessons to learn with this

1. Good things take time.

2. Things take longer than expected.

Which is why I never promise a 7 day transformation, an easy road or quick-fixes.

Taking your body from where you're at to where you want to be is a tricky road.

That's why planes are constantly adjusting their path as they fly.

That's why you need to take the wind into account when you shoot an arrow to a target.
