Facts Friday: The Good Comes With The 💩

Last week my good friend Miharo was over from New Zealand.

We met at high school and have been tight since the age of 14.

While he was over to play the Horden Pavillion with L.A.B, we had a ton of deep chats, some Jiu Jitsu sessions at my gym and ended up sharing how we got to where we are, which is what we would define as 'successful'.

Doing what we love and earning a living doing it.

He's in New Zealand's biggest band touring the world, recording albums and I'm coaching thousands of people worldwide through my coaching.

I left Christchurch at 20 years old, to sleep on couches for weeks as I found a job to pay the bills.

He left the comfort of living with the parents to go and study abroad where he didn't really know anyone at 18 years old.

I changed careers from trying to be a singer, model and TV presenter to fitness and he doubled down on one of the hardest careers to 'make it' in... music.

When I had no clients, I would train people for free to show them I have what it takes to get them results.

When he had no gigs, he would play at a bar for free to get better and show people he was talented.

I studied in my downtime and spent thousands on education

He studied in his downtime and spent hours on his keyboard.

Then I started getting traction online and got people incredible results as their personal trainer.

He formed a band called Nation, got traction and that led to him getting in the right rooms to jam with L.A.B.

I had the highest hourly rate at my gym and had no room in my schedule for new clients, started taking online clients and started training celebrities too.

He was asked to be a full time member of L.A.B., now travels the world with them playing gigs to tens of thousands of people at festivals, concerts and most recently took home 4 awards at the New Zealand Music Awards.

Now we are where we are, doing what we love but only through eating $hit for years.

For years, I slept 4-6 hours, did 10-14 personal training sessions per day, worked second and third jobs to get by and felt like I was just spinning my wheels.

The only groceries I would buy sometimes, would be reduced to clear. I was legit broke lol.

The good comes with the $hit.

The same goes with your body transfromation.

You have to train when you don't feel like it.

You have to eat healthy when you feel like eating Maccas.

You have to put yourself to bed when you want to watch Breaking Bad.

You won't feel the benefits straight away but your future you will thank you for it.

Hit the link below if you want to utilise my programs that have literally transformed thousands of bodies worldwide.
