Wednesday Wisdom: The Power Of Visualisation

Today a bit of Wednesday Wisdom comes in the form of a quote from the most influential book I have read, 'The Power Of Positive Thinking' by Norma Vincent Peale.

I read this book when I was about 16-18 years old and was really struggling with my mothers death, moving to a city with no family and transitioning careers.

“Formulate and stamp indelibly on your mind a mental picture of yourself as succeeding. Hold this picture tenaciously. Never permit it to fade. Your mind will seek to develop the picture... Do not build up obstacles in your imagination.” - Norman Vincent Peale.

I hope this gives you a chance to visualise yourself achieving success and overcoming anything to achieve it.

Whether thats with your physique, or the job you wish to one day have etc.

That's all from me today!
