Facts Friday: Influencers Thirst For Engagement Is Ruining Fitness
RANT TIME ALERT 🚨 (I'm over it)

It's a joke btw.
I'm taking the pi$$ out of influencers that post workouts but really just wanna show their a$$ from different angles and claim it's a workout video, when really it's soft porn.
This really grinds my gears because it is changing the landscape of what is becoming popular in the fitness industry and what people are desiring for.
My transformation photos of real results that I got clients used to go wild on instagram and now no one seems to really care about them.
Deep down when people follow fitness content, I know they want to get results but these days people would rather watch some guy do jumping jacks with no underwear on or a chick do sumo deadlifts in a g-string at a beach gym.
Like.. what is happening here?
This is not only misleading you as to what gets results (really hard training over long periods of time) but it is also making people doubt that what they are doing and what knowledgeable coaches are sharing.
So let me put it to you like this...
The people that are online with amazing bodies doing 'boss level' exercises all sweaty and baby oiled up, do not do the out-there and extreme exercises that they post online.
Those are called 'eNgAgEmEnT' exercises for likes, shares and comments.
The exercises that they do that get results are the ones that I talk about on a regular basis.
Squats, deadlifts, bench presses, overhead presses, lunges, split squats, leg extension, leg curl, lateral raises, chin ups, lat pulldowns, bent over rows, curls, dips etc etc.
One of the hardest things to do these days is navigate through social media and know what is good and what is bad, so let me put it to you this way...
If it sounds too good to be true, it is.
Sleep 7-9 hours, get 10,000 steps per day, train consistently, train hard, eat whole and unprocessed foods most of the time and indulge every now and then.
This is all the information you need to get the results you want.
