Monday Motivation: Should You Wait On The First Date? 🍆

Morning mate,

Today was the first time giving my daughter food.

We gave her some avocado and she absolutely loved it. Look at her eating it, it's so cute.

But we have waited until now because if you try to give them solids too early it can be problematic.

The same can be said about your training.

If you squat too early, you may not have the strength, coordination or capability of pulling off a squat. Leading to problems that are most likely going to end in injury.

If you diet too restrictively too early, you can have a problematic relationship with food.

If you lift too much weight too early, your connective tissues such as your tendons and ligaments may not be ready and you may tear a muscle.

Timing is everything.

And prematurely trying something is often worse than being too patient.

Think of asking a girl home on the first date, or not even giving her a kiss on the cheek.

Being too keen too early, is almost always more problematic.
