It's Not What Is But What You Think It Is ๐Ÿคจ

I've spent the last week filming more content for the body transformation guide that I have created for beginners and to be honest I'm sick of hearing my own voice.

There's something about a recording of your own voice that just doesn't sound like you.

Anyway....

I could just write you a program, give you some calories and let you on your way but I know that doesn't work.

That's why there are still so many people confused after working with a personal trainer, with questions like, 'should I do keto?' and 'do I need to squat to tone my legs?'

Even as a beginner, if you have access to the right videos you can grasp more than the average PT.

Which is what I've tried to conquer with the new body transformation guide.

It's never the problems, it's the thought of the problems.

It's how we see the problems.

Losing weight is not the issue, it's how to lose the weight.

Building muscle is not the issue, it's how to build muscle.

Eating healthy is not the issue, it's how to eat healthy.

Even though it's blasted on repeat these days, "calorie deficit" is actually empowering people to lose weight.

Not because it's a sexy term that sounds cool but because it helps us see the solution to a problem, not just be aware of the problem and have no clue how to overcome it.

So if you feel like you're treading water, making no progress and still don't know why you're not making any progress, it's not a sign that you need to roll up your sleeves and work harder.

It's a sign that you need to change your strategy.

Learn more about what you need to do to make progress and make those calculated changes along the way.

Working harder on a strategy that doesn't work, doesn't change the efficacy of the strategy you're not seeing results with.
