Oh... The Years I Wasted 😮‍💨

When I first started in the gym I was 14 with abso-bloody-lutely no idea what to do.

I ate whatever the hell I wanted.

I lifted whatever weights I wanted.

I did exercises that I saw big, buff dudes doing and that was a good enough reason for me to do it.

My form was sloppy but as long as it was heavy and I felt like I was sweating, it was a good workout.

No wonder I got nowhere for a good few years.

I trained daily for all of my high school years and didn't really make any significant process apart from biceps/triceps because I trained them everyday 😂

To be honest, I feel like I almost wasted that time.

I even asked the gym owner of the fitness centre to give me a program and he did but I never followed it. I'm sure the program would've worked but I was never motivated to do it.

So I did what I thought was the best at the time and just trained my ass off with no strategy at all but hope!
