It Hurts To Touch My Head... πŸ€•

I'm going to recycle a quote that I posted to the Built By Brock team this morning that I absolutely live for and have definitely leant into today.

I use this to pick me up when I get fed up or feel like things aren't going my way. Which feels like now...

​​I'm injured.

I missed Jiu Jitsu today and my workouts haven't even had me sweating the last couple days.

​​​​I can't lift both hands over my head, reaching left or right hurts and I can't take any big breaths or it hurts my upper back. I'm pissed!

If there's one thing I live for it's working hard ​and that has always originated in the gym to me.

First world problems I know but I actually miss working hard and applying myself to everything I do, when I can't do it.​​​​
​

But I've booked my physio appointment, dived into stretches and exercises today to rehab it and have been focusing on what I can control... MY ATTITUDE.

I could give myself an excuse to take days off, slack off and be a victim but how you do anything is how you do everything.​​
​

If you get disappointed, use it as fuel to get your goals. Not an excuse to give up on them.
