Stress... Is it as bad as we think? 😳🤯
Progressive overload is something that helps us get more muscular and increases our strength in the gym.
It's a principle that will never
But to me, it's much more than that.
It's how we move forward in life.
It's how we achieve our goals.
It's how we break though barriers of insecurity.
When you look at it under a microscope, it is stress.
We need stress in order to adapt to something.
Think of running a 100m race.
Once you can do it in under 12 seconds, that stress is no longer hard for you in order for you to improve as an athlete.
Now you have to run it in under 12seconds in order to progress.
You need a bigger stress to respond to, in order to get better!
And so is life.
Let's say, you work a job and get paid 90,000 per year.
You now need to solve greater problems and deal with more stress to increase your pay.
So don't run away from stress.
Run towards it, embrace it and grow from it because stressful places are where everything changes and everything improves.
Whether that's your physique or your life.
