3 quotes to snap you out of bad habits 😳
1) "The goals you haven't achieved are in the tasks you aren't doing."
If you aren't currently where you want to be, you aren't doing what you need to be doing.
The place where you get better and move forward, is a place that is not comfortable.
A place outside your comfort zone.
Think about working in a restaurant.
If you want to increase your pay, you need to move from being a kitchen-hand to being a chef.
As your tasks that you're doing get harder and you carry more responsibility, your pay reflects that.
2) "What got you here, won't get you there."
If you've been following the same workout program for years, you will not progress.
You will stay where you are because you're literally doing the same thing!
If you want to build more muscle, you need to challenge yourself in different ways.
In more challenging workouts than you have ever done before.
3) "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."
A great lesson from one of my favourite book, Atomic Habits.
Stop setting crazy goals that don't stand on any methods/strategies that will get you there.
