This is a photo of my family.

As you can see... We are all very different.

My brothers and I are all taller than my dad and I passed him at about 14-16 years old.

Some of us love working out and have the time, some of us struggle to find time to work out.

Some of us have tracked calories before and some of us have never opened MyFitnessPal.

We all have different priorities, interests, goals and lifestyles.

Which is why in my 8 week challenge, I don't just dish out a workout plan, a meal plan and get you to sign up and leave you in the dark.

That would be assuming you are the same as the next person to join the challenge.

Which you aren't.

Instead of giving you a meal plan, I give you the education and guidance for you to create your own calories and macros and our Team Brock Ashby recipe book.

Instead of giving you one workout plan to follow, there are home options, gym access options, men/women options and also the option of dong 4 OR 5 days per week workouts.

Instead of forgetting about your life outside of the gym, you have educational videos explaining how many steps per day you should be getting, videos on supplements and the principles of nutrition and training to optimise your results.

Instead of assuming you'll get the exercises perfectly, I give you exercise tutorial videos so your form is on point.

We are all different but we can all get world class results.
