Training with a client + what can happen in 8 weeks 🤯

Last week a client of mine was in Sydney, Tyler.

We've been working together for quite some time and he was down from QLD so we squeezed in a workout.

With the nature of working 1-1, and attracting absolute legends as clients, it was nice to finally meet in person after going back to back with videos online and workout programs.

When I first met Tyler, he wanted to get leaner, so that's exactly what we did.

We got lean.

All in 8 weeks.

And here's what we did different...

Absolutely nothing.

We did the basics and we did them well!

We got into a deficit without eliminating pleasures.

We ate a high protein diet.

We trained hard 5 days per week.

We got in at least 10,000 steps per day.

We tried our best to sleep 7-9 hours.

We were patient and boom.

8 weeks is short enough to be enticing and also long enough to see some giant changes.
