Wednesday Wisdom: The Thing You Need To Know About Fitness
Hey mate,
Yesterday I was asked a simple question on my Instagram Stories.
"What is the basic thing you wish everyone knew about fitness?"
This was my answer...
Being fit and healthy increases your longevity, your memories you can have with family and friends, your productivity, your relationships and your character.
It’s not about being big, jacked, inspirational, sexy or Greek god like, though they can be side effects.
It’s about living a better life.
I know it seems kinda ridiculous me saying that because I have a pretty decent physique from training over 15 years consistently and hard but that is simply because I love training and it's a deep passion of mine.
If I was new to training all I would want to be is fit and healthy for my daughter to be able to roll and crawl with her on the floor, carry her to the beach and be strong enough to rock her to sleep at night.
And if that sounds like you, I vibe with you.

Here's the bottom line...
Your health and fitness is not the same as the fitness influencers that you follow, your fitness is yours and is determined by how you want to live your life and what quality you want that to be!
