Leg curl machine: no one there.
45 degree back extension: ready to be used.
Monday, is international chest day and usually all the benches, dumbbells and cables are taken for push day and all the upper body exercises.
So, here's the recommended split I would recommend if your goal is to avoid the business of people and crush your workouts:
MEN
Monday: Lower
Tuesday: Upper
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Lower
Friday: Upper
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Upper
WOMEN
Monday: Lower
Tuesday: Upper
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Lower
Friday: Upper
Saturday: Lower
Sunday: Rest
