Wednesday Wisdom: 1,000 Caloire Dinner (How You Can To)

Here's a screenshot from MyFitnessPal of my dinner.

Yes, you read that correctly.

I had over 1,000 calories for dinner.

How am I able to do that and still lose weight?

Through a mechanism called 'Daily Calorie Backloading'.

Where I bank calories later on in the day and minimise my calories early. This leaves me a big dinner to have which:

1) Feels great to end the day with a satisfying meal

2) Tastes delicious

3) Has plenty of carbs, which helps me sleep like a baby.

4) Suits my lifestyle as when I'm busy I don't eat

If you want to learn how to flexibly diet and eat the foods you love and still lose fat, hit the button below.

With any Team Brock Ashby program, you get a big bunch of videos that explain the science behind nutrition and one specifically covers calorie backloading.
