Not $exi But Daaaaaaaamn 😍
I just finished Jiu Jitsu training and I've got weights in a couple of hours, so my go to meal between training sessions is the one and only...
CEREAL.
Aka God's gift.
Aka mouth orgasm.
Specifically Cocoa Pops Chex, these are 10/10 delicious and 11/10 nostalgic.
Why do I choose cereal?
Let me give you 3 reasons...
1. It has high protein because of the milk I use, which is high protein, low fat from a company called Complete Dairy and for one cup of milk it gives me 15 grams of protein.
2. It has high carbs. I need high carbs because I've just done glycolytic exercise (exercises that uses carbs/glycogen stores as energy) and need to refuel before I do even more glycolytic exercise.
3. It's cereal. If you don't like cereal, you're a legit sociopath. This is the power of flexible dieting! Is cereal the most micronutrient dense option? NO. Is cereal the most "optimal" thing to have? PROBABLY NOT. But I'm flexibly dieting, fitting it in my macros, feeling great and enjoying it all with a heart full of enjoyment and sustainability.
That is what this whole 'fitness' game is all about.
Enjoying it.
Getting results.
And doing it all in a way you can sustain.
If that sounds like a bit of you, hit the button below and get started with a program that I've written with flexible dieting as the backbone of what will get you the results you want!
